Our Best Lives. Bolder Strategy

Best Lives, Bolder is Community Integrated Care’s new five-year strategy – a bold, outcomes-focused commitment to supporting people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, physical disabilities, dementia and autistic people, live their best lives possible.

We know that many people with support needs still face barriers to living their best lives. Built on the voices of the people we support and our colleagues across England and Scotland, this strategy sets out how we will close the gaps that still prevent too many people from accessing the person-centred care and support they deserve.

It’s an evolution of the things we do best – identifying areas where we can take bolder approaches to make an even bigger difference to the people we support, their loved ones, our colleagues and the communities we work in.
