National GameChangers working to make our Charity even better!

Yesterday was our third National GameChangers event, held at Halton Stadium – home of our partners Widnes Vikings.

Once again, our team came together to discuss the issues that matter to us all and brought their insights, skills and passion for care – all in the name of making our Charity even better!

This amazing group, and all our Regional GameChangers, make up 70 employee representatives from all levels, regions and roles within the organisation, giving them direct access to decision-makers within our Charity and the ability to really influence our direction.

Representing more than 5,500 staff, our GameChangers have the opportunity to regularly review and make collaborative decisions on business matters – from working arrangements, policies and employee wellbeing, to supporting with the strategic direction of the Charity.

Together they are able to ensure we have a collective employee voice that helps us focus on continuing to deliver innovative care services across the UK
