Shortlisted For Smiley Charity Film Awards!
We’re proud to share that our ‘Best Lives, Bolder: What Strategy Means to Me’ film has been shortlisted for the Smiley Charity Film Awards!
The Smiley Charity Film Awards spotlight films created by charities and causes, that inspire, move and change lives.
Created in 2025 to launch our new strategy, ‘Best Lives, Bolder: What Strategy Means to Me’ is told through the voices of the people we support. It explores what strategy means to the people at the heart of our charity and outlines our bold ambitions for the future of Community Integrated Care.
Following public voting, our film has been successfully shortlisted amongst charities including Alzheimer’s Research UK, British Red Cross and Oxfam GB.
Winners will now be decided through a second round of public voting, where supporters can cast an additional vote for the video they’d like to see win each category.
Jim Kane, Chief Executive Officer at Community Integrated Care, said, “We’re incredibly proud to see our strategy film shortlisted for the Smiley Charity Film Awards. This recognition shines a spotlight on the creativity, collaboration and heartfelt commitment that went into bringing it to life.
“Most importantly, it celebrates the real experiences and ambitions of the people we support. Their voices shaped this film, and their aspirations shape our strategy. We’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone involved and everyone who took the time to vote for us – we wouldn’t have gotten this far without your support.”
Voting is now open again until Thursday 23rd April, with winners set to be announced virtually on Wednesday 29th April. Support our film and vote for us at: Best Lives, Bolder – What Strategy Means… | Smiley Charity Film Awards
