Our MD Joins Panel At LaingBuisson Care Summit

Community Integrated Care was proud to see Managing Director, Samantha Brennan, take to the stage at this year’s LaingBuisson Social Care Summit North on Thursday 29th January – where leaders from across the North of England and Scotland came together to explore the challenges, innovations and opportunities shaping the future of social care.

Community Integrated Care managing Director, Sam Brennan, sits on a sofa with two other care leaders, onstage at the LaingBuisson Care Summit North. Sam is speaking into a microphone. The summit brought together directors, providers, investors, technology partners and regulators, fostering open conversation on how the sector can continue to evolve and deliver high‑quality, sustainable care.

With a strong focus on regional strengths and collaborative progress, the agenda featured expert speakers, interactive sessions and practical insight from across the social care landscape.

Samantha joined the keynote panel discussion, ‘The Operating Environment for Care Providers’, alongside fellow sector leaders. The panel explored what’s needed to deliver consistently high‑quality services, the operational and financial pressures facing providers and how organisations can nurture a culture of continuous improvement.

Samantha said, “It was fantastic to be part of LaingBuisson’s Social Care Summit North and to join such an engaged group of leaders who are passionate about the future of our sector. Events like this give us the space to share what’s working, openly discuss the challenges we face and learn from one another’s experience. It’s essential that we work together, in order to keep raising the bar in social care, and this year’s Social Care Summit North was a great reminder of the strength, innovation and commitment across our region.”
