CEO Takes Part In APPG On Coronavirus

On Tuesday 6th October, Community Integrated Care’s CEO, Mark Adams was invited for a second time to give evidence to the All Parliamentary Group on Coronavirus to discuss Test & Trace.

Speaking about the session Mark says: “Throughout the session, I highlighted the extreme pressure the current testing situation is putting on our frontline teams and also stressed the inequality and risk of a testing system that is only focussed on people aged 65+ in registered care homes.” “I also urged to the APPG members to recognise testing for families is fundamental to facilitating their visits, which will be even more important throughout the winter months when visits outside won’t be possible.”
