Finalists For Two Complex Care Awards!

Community Integrated Care is proud to have been shortlisted for two prestigious accolades at the inaugural Neurological and Complex Care Awards, hosted by Care Talk Magazine.

Launched this year, the awards have been created to celebrate excellence in neurological and complex care, recognising outstanding achievements across the health and social care sector. The awards highlight achievements that services have made that support people living with neurological conditions, complex care needs and those on the neuro-rehabilitation pathway.

We’re delighted to celebrate our two finalists at the event:

• Beth’s Team – Outstanding Complex Care Provider award

Beth’s dedicated support team have been nominated for their specialist expertise, creativity and life-changing impact. Through their commitment, Beth has been able to move into a home and life that truly reflects her independence and identity. Their support goes far beyond care – they have empowered Beth to rediscover herself and live with renewed confidence.

• Clare Mcmurchie – Care Manager Of The Year award

Clare has been recognised for her inspirational leadership. From motivating her teams to deliver sector-leading support to driving the development of three new supported living services that have transformed the lives of local people, Clare has made a huge impact on colleagues and people supported and has shown exceptional dedication to the social care sector.
