We Welcome New Director of Complex Care

Community Integrated Care is delighted to announce the appointment of Carly Jarvis as our new Director of Complex Care.

This follows the creation of our Complex Care Business Unit earlier this year, a major step in strengthening our operational structure and advancing our ambitions in this vital area of support.

Carly joins us from the National Autistic Society, where she spent more than a decade in senior leadership roles, most recently as Assistant Director of Practice and Innovation.

With almost 20 years of experience in social care, Carly has led large, multi-site teams and developed outstanding services across a wide range of specialist settings. Her passion for quality, innovation and person-centred care shines through, and she has already hit the ground running – getting to know her new team and our charity’s work first-hand.

Speaking about her appointment, Carly said: “I’m absolutely delighted to be joining Community Integrated Care, a charity whose commitment to person-centred care aligns with my values. I’m especially inspired by our charity’s innovative approach to empowering people to live full, meaningful lives – which makes the opportunity to lead and shape Complex Care services even more exciting. I’m looking forward to getting started and driving excellence alongside our fantastic, passionate colleagues.”

Building a Strong Complex Care Leadership Team

Alongside Carly’s appointment, we’re proud to have welcomed a number of new leaders who will play a key role in driving our Complex Care strategy forward.

Three Heads of Complex Care have joined the charity, each leading delivery across their regions:

  • Nadia Khan – Head of Complex Care, Region 1, joining from Richmond Fellowship, with extensive expertise in Positive Behavioural Support.
  • Cairi McKenzie – Head of Complex Care, Region 2, previously with Bild, bringing national experience in workforce development and Autism services.
  • Natalie Martin – Head of Complex Care, Region 3, with significant leadership experience in PBS across both the NHS and third sector.

They are supported by six newly appointed Regional Managers for Complex Care. Together, this team will ensure consistent, high-quality Complex Care delivery across the country – shaping services that help people live their best lives.

Karen Sheridan, our Chief Operating Officer, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Carly and our new leadership team to Community Integrated Care. Our work in Complex Care is already making a difference, and with this team in place, we’re confident we can continue to grow, innovate and lead the way in delivering outstanding specialist support.”
