Community Integrated Care Shortlisted For Top Marketing Awards

Community Integrated Care has been shortlisted for two top awards at the MiAwards, recognising its successful launch of EachStep Blackley – our pioneering new dementia care service in Manchester.

The Community Integrated Care shortlisted at MiAwardsMiAwards are a prestigious ceremony for the marketing and communications sector, supported by the popular marketing website and magazine ‘The Drum’.

Community Integrated Care has been shortlisted in both the ‘Best B2B Campaign or Strategy’ and ‘Best B2C Campaign or Strategy’ categories, recognising our efforts to raise awareness of EachStep Blackley amongst care professionals and people affected by dementia. We have been shortlisted alongside a host of high-profile brands including Microsoft, Royal Mail, National Trust and Xbox.

EachStep was successfully launched using a range of media, from a high-profile opening ceremony attended by the Government’s Dementia Tsar – Professor Alistair Burns, to a radio advertisement campaign, voiced by celebrity dementia campaigner Lynda Bellingham.

John Hughes, Communications and Marketing Manager at Community Integrated Care, says: “It is a great honour for our charity to be recognised at the renowned MiAwards. We knew that EachStep would really change the lives of people with dementia and because of this, we worked hard to creatively raise awareness of the service amongst dementia professionals and people affected by the condition.” He adds, “EachStep Blackley is an exceptional service and, it deserved an exceptional communications campaign; being shortlisted in these awards along such high-profile brands demonstrates our success in doing so.”

The MIAwards ceremony takes place on Thursday 15th November. For more information about EachStep Blackley visit www.each-step.co.uk
