Community Integrated Care Director Receives Care Award Nomination

Community Integrated Care (CIC) Director Jane Worley was recently shortlisted for the prestigious Outstanding Contribution Award at the prestigious Laing and Buisson Independent Health Care Awards, which took place on the 18th September in London.Jane Worsley - Laing and Buisson - Outstanding Contribution Award nominee.

This award category ‘highlights the work undertaken over a lifetime working in health and care settings, and demonstrates a commitment, passion and selflessness to delivering quality care, professionalism and outcomes for patients and other service users’.

Jane was nominated for her “extensive and varied careers path, with successes including being Operations Director within Community Integrated Care and supporting women with HIV in Africa”. Judges listed a range of achievements that Jane has realised over the course of her career, including: developing innovative services for elderly care and learning disabilities services, her contribution to the development our ground-breaking new model of dementia care– EachStep and her international volunteering work the Women’s International Leadership Challenge.

Neil Matthewman, Chief Executive of Community Integrated Care, said: “Jane is a fantastic ambassador for the care sector and a valued member of our senior management team. Throughout her long and distinguished career, Jane has always been focused on enabling individuals with care and support needs to live fuller, better lives. She is a passionate advocate for innovation and excellence in the care sector, and is undoubtedly a well-deserved recipient of this award.”
