Community Integrated Care Appoints Phil Pegler As Interim Chief Executive Officer

Community Integrated Care is pleased to announce the appointment of Phil Pegler as its new Interim Chief Executive Officer.

Mr Pegler, who has extensive experience in the care sector, joined the charity on Wednesday 7th September, after being appointed by the charity’s Board of Trustees and Executive Team.

Dame Joan Stringer, Chair of Community Integrated Care’s Board of Trustees, says: “As we look to set our strategic direction for the coming years, it is paramount that we find the right candidate to take on the Chief Executive position for our charity in the long-term. As such, we believe that the best approach at this time is to appoint an external Interim Chief Executive, giving us a fresh perspective in the months ahead as we review our strategic priorities.

We are pleased to have appointed Phil Pegler to this position. Phil is an experienced Chief Executive within the Hospitality, Healthcare and Home Care fields. He impressed us with both his leadership qualities and as being someone who has achieved great successes for the organisations he has overseen. Phil Pegler was formerly Chief Executive of Carewatch Care Services and Managing Director, Business Development and Managing Director, North at General Healthcare Group. He has a proven track record of leading teams, supporting business growth and fulfilling strategic goals, throughout his career.
