Community Integrated Care Appoints New HR Director
Community Integrated Care is pleased to announce the appointment of Jane Macaulay as its new Director of Human Resources.
Jane joined our charity on 30th May 2017. In her role, she will lead our charity’s People Services Team, which comprises HR, Payroll, Employee Relations, Recruitment and Learning & Development functions. Jane will also take responsibility for our Communications department.
Jane joins our organisation – which employs over 5000 people – from Asda, where she enjoyed a successful 20-year career, managing both Human Resources and Operational teams. Her most recent successes include the delivery of a large-scale training strategy for 10,000 colleagues, as well as more recently, leading the People Agenda across 65 stores.
