Complex Care

At Community Integrated Care, we believe every person no matter how complex their needs deserves to live a fulfilling life in a place they can truly call home.

For over 35 years, we’ve been trusted partners to local authorities, NHS teams and families across the UK, delivering high-quality, person-centred support for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, specialist behavioural needs and autistic people.

Too often, people with complex needs are let down by systems that prioritise placements over lives, and short-term solutions over long-term stability. We believe they deserve more: a trusted home, a team who understands them and a responsive support plan shaped by their voice.

Our Complex Care division is led by an experienced Managing Director and a team of specialist colleagues, combining clinical excellence and lived experience to design support with people, not just for them.

We're an Outstanding Complex Care Provider

At the Neurological and Complex Care Awards 2025, our Complex Care team in Worcestershire won the Outstanding Complex Care Provider accolade.

The award recognises the incredible work of our Complex Care teams, and how our support goes far beyond care.

What sets us apart?

Working together for the best outcomes

We work with clinical and community professionals to make sure every person receives safe, consistent and thoughtful support that keeps improving over time.

Skilled, dedicated teams

Our colleagues are carefully recruited for their values as well as their skills. Teams are highly trained, using trauma-informed practices and approaches that promote dignity, inclusion and confidence. Our low staff turnover ensures stable, consistent support.

Person-led, outcomes-focused

We take time to understand each person - their story, hopes and what makes life meaningful to them. Support is co-created with individuals and their loved ones.

Smooth transitions

We’re experts at supporting people through key life changes – including people moving from hospitals or secure settings into the community for the first time. We focus on supporting people to feel safe and helping to build a life that works for them.

Proven Partnerships

Our success is built on trusted, long-term relationships with commissioners, local authorities, housing partners and families - enabling us to co-design services that transform people’s lives.
