If you have an emergency operational / service issue which requires immediate attention, please contact the Out of Hours On-Call number on: 0300 0040445.
If you are a member of the press and you have an urgent enquiry which requires an immediate response which cannot wait until the next working day, please email communications@c-i-c.co.uk and read the automatic reply for further guidance.
