Mental Health

Our wide range of services gives people with mental health conditions the support they need to lead full, active and independent lives. As no two people are the same, we create personalised pathways that can range from Residential Rehabilitation to Supported Living and Community Outreach.

Furthermore, our person-centred approach ensures support is tailored to individual needs, goals and aspirations. As a result, people can access the right level of support at the right time. Our services span Registered Services, Supported Living and Community Support, providing a seamless journey towards greater independence and wellbeing.

Corrine's Story

After 20 years in a hospital where noise heightened her anxiety, Corrine is now thriving in her own home with support from Community Integrated Care. With personalised care, she’s learned to manage her emotions, and her need for medication to ease anxiety and challenging behaviour has significantly reduced.

Flexibility and choice

We deliver person-centred support that promotes recovery. This gives people more choice and control over their lives. We take time to understand each person’s strengths, goals and support needs. As a result, we can provide support that is tailored to what matters most to them.

Together, we identify what a good day looks like and what recovery means for them. We then help people set realistic short and long-term goals. Along the way, we support them to build confidence, develop resilience and increase their independence. Ultimately, our aim is to help people lead fulfilling lives and achieve their personal ambitions.

A framework for progress

Every single person we support has an outcome-focused support plan, which looks at how we can work together to turn their aspirations into reality. It might include goals around being healthy, more involved in the community, better connected with family and friends, or learning new skills.

We help people develop their own Recovery Toolkit, engage in therapy, establish positive daily routines, re-discover interests and work towards longer-term goals – essential for restoring hope and optimism. This means people can:

  • Understand how their mental health condition impacts their life
  • Recognise warning signs and triggers
  • Develop personalised coping strategies to promote self-management, resilience, and autonomy

Signposting therapies

Looking beyond the services we supply ourselves, we help individuals make the most of useful, evidence-based therapies, by signposting valuable opportunities for; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectic Behaviour Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing, Counselling and Talking Therapies.
