We launch our 2024/25 Annual Report

Community Integrated Care is proud to unveil our 2024/25 Annual Report – a celebration of a year defined by resilience, innovation and growth.  

This publication reflects our charity’s unwavering commitment to delivering the Best Lives Possible for the people we support. 

From investing in our incredible workforce and championing fair pay through our Unfair To Care campaign, to influencing policy and amplifying the voices of social care, this report captures the very best of our charity. You’ll also discover how we’ve built life-changing partnerships, expanded our services across the UK, and engaged with the people we support to ensure their views shape our future. 

Introducing the report, our Chief Executive Officer, Jim Kane, said, “It’s been a year of challenge and change across the social care sector.  The increase in employer National Insurance contributions, alongside rising operational costs, has intensified ongoing concerns about fair funding and pay, while NHS England’s reorganisation, the Casey Review, and shifting immigration policy have made this a complex and often difficult environment to navigate.” 

“But in the face of it all, I’m proud to say Community Integrated Care continues to grow stronger. As a charity, we’re more determined than ever to stand up for what’s right, both for the people we support and our incredible colleagues. Throughout this report, we’ll explore how we’ve done this and more.” 

“As we look ahead, I’m filled with optimism. We are a charity powered by compassion, community, and most of all, by people. To our colleagues: thank you for your hard work, heart and commitment. To the people we support: you remain central to everything we do.”
