Creating a legacy beyond the Rugby League World Cup 2021

With Community Integrated Care as the Official Social Care Partner of the Rugby League World Cup 2021, with the support of Sport England, we have created a world first Inclusive Volunteering project which sees more than 250 people who have care and support needs access life-changing opportunities that promote new skills, friendships, and greater experience. This stunning garden at Newton Community Hospital has been created by people with additional needs and learning differences. Renova Developments supported our charity by helping to fund this Gardening project, and materials for the raised beds were kindly donated by Landscape World.

Creating Hope and Joy

We’ve developed www.What-To-Do.co.uk with the support of CAE technology, a hub offering free online experiences – from dancing with stars of Strictly Come Dancing to football events with Lionesses.

Promoting health and physical activity

We partnered with Cottoms, a food manufacturer, to create a limited-edition food line that created physical activity packs for their local care services.

Tackling the digital divide

We’ve worked with Okta, one of the world’s biggest technology organisations, to change the lives of thousands of people through digital safety and training.
