We’re up for 15 Great British Care Awards

We’re delighted to announce that Community Integrated Care is shortlisted for 15 prestigious accolades at this year’s Great British Care Awards regional ceremonies.

Organised by Care Talk Magazine, the Great British Care Awards recognise excellence in social care, awarding the most talented social care professionals working across the UK today. With regional awards ceremonies set to take place throughout November, we’re thrilled to share that several of our colleagues and teams have been shortlisted.

Alongside these incredible nominations, Community Integrated Care has been named a finalist for the Care Employer Award across four regions – including the West Midlands, North West, Yorkshire, and Scotland. This acknowledges our charity’s dedicated efforts, providing outstanding, transformative support to people with care and support needs living across the country.

Community Integrated Care’s ground-breaking What To Do platform has also received recognition as part of this year’s awards. Shortlisted for the Care Innovator accolade, What-To-Do.co.uk offers unforgettable online experiences to people who have care and support needs – empowering them to discover new passions, join the platform’s lively community, and meet inspiring guests such as Strictly Star, Vincent Simone, Celebrity Chef, Rosemary Shrager, and Lionesses Legend, Ellen White.

Reflecting on the charity’s success, Jim Kane, Chief Executive Officer for Community Integrated Care, said, “We are delighted to see so many of our amazing colleagues and teams named among the finalists at this year’s Great British Care Awards. From Aberdeen to Bournemouth, it’s a great honour to be celebrating nominees up and down the country.”

“We’re also incredibly proud to be shortlisted for the Care Employer Award across four fantastic regions of the UK. This pays testament to the life-changing support our colleagues provide every day – enabling people across the country to live their best lives possible.”
