We welcome Julia Greene to our Executive Team
We’re delighted to announce the appointment of Julia Greene to our Executive Team, as our new Director of Strategy & Change.
Julia joined Community Integrated Care in September 2022 and stepped into her new role in June 2025. As Director of Strategy & Change, she leads the charity’s strategic development and oversees the coordination of change activity across the organisation.
With a career spanning more than 20 years, Julia brings a wealth of experience in leading complex transformation programmes. Prior to joining the charity, she held senior roles in the private sector, specialising in large-scale change and programme delivery. Since joining Community Integrated Care, Julia has played a key role in evolving our approach to project delivery – leading the Group Projects team and helping to embed more consistent and sustainable ways of working.
Julia holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology and brings a real passion for embedding meaningful change. She places a strong emphasis on people, culture and long-term impact, ensuring that change is not only well-designed, but also delivers lasting value for the people we support and our colleagues.
Speaking about her appointment, Julia said, “It’s a privilege to work for a charity with such a strong sense of purpose, and I’m excited to continue supporting our amazing teams to deliver lasting, positive change that will ultimately enable the people we support to live their best lives possible. I’m passionate about making change meaningful and sustainable, and I’m looking forward to the opportunity to contribute even more to the future of our organisation.”
Jim Kane, Chief Executive Officer at Community Integrated Care, said, “Julia’s leadership has already made a huge impact in helping us drive forward more consistent, effective ways of working. Her deep understanding of change, combined with a strong focus on people and culture, will be a powerful asset as our charity continues to grow and innovate for the future.”
