We Join Wellbeing Panel at Care Roadshows

On Tuesday 4^th November, we were delighted to join Care Roadshows at their Yorkshire event, speaking in a dynamic session on wellbeing – “You, Your People, Your Future: A Strong Foundation for Success.”

Sarah Mahoney, our Head of Employee Relations, joined a panel of industry leaders in a discussion focused on how embedding colleague wellbeing as a strategic priority can strengthen organisational culture, retention, and performance – a theme close to our heart.

Reflecting on the event, Sarah said, “It was fantastic to be part of such an insightful session, sharing our experience and hearing from other passionate leaders in the sector.
