We Feature on CMM Fair Pay Agreement Webinar

On Monday 17^th November, Community Integrated Care’s Chief Operating Officer, Teresa Exelby, featured on Care Management Matters latest webinar: ‘The Fair Pay Agreement – good news for care workers but what are the implications for providers?’

Hosted by Liz Jones, Policy Director at the National Care Forum (NCF), the discussion brought together sector leaders including Finn Turner-Berry, Workforce and Research Lead at NCF; Phil Orton, Deputy CEO at Making Space; and representatives from the Department of Health and Social Care, alongside Teresa.

The session explored the work undertaken so far, in relation to the Fair Pay Agreement, and highlighted opportunities for providers to shape its development by responding to the Government consultation.

Panellists also discussed how the sector and Government can collaborate to establish this pivotal policy, which aims to transform pay, conditions, and workforce standards across social care.
