ARC HD Services

ARC-HD Services Limited (Arc) is a well-established and respected provider of residential care for young people living with mental health conditions. Operating across several homes in the South of England, Arc creates safe environments where young people aged 9 to 18 can feel supported and valued. At Arc, the focus is on person-centred, therapeutic care – empowering every young person to grow and thrive.

Over the past 15 years, Arc has built a strong reputation for delivering safe, nurturing and specialist care environments. Sustained demand, together with an unwavering commitment to putting the needs of young people first, has shaped its incredible success.

Arc’s homes

Our Arc services are thoughtfully designed to offer comfortable, homely settings that promote wellbeing and stability. They are located in:

  • Brocklands – Wiltshire
  • Small Acres – Hampshire
  • Woodside – Hampshire
  • Meadow View – Hampshire

Each of Arc’s four houses are located in tranquil and leafy locations, providing safe and therapeutic environments for all its young people in residence.

  • Develop meaningful attachments with young people over time
  • Reduce the level of risk taking behaviour young people display

  • Prepare young people for independent or semi-independent community living in the future
  • Where applicable, provide post 18 transition to adult services or independent living

At Arc, everything we do is focused on delivering the very highest standards of care for young people.

Having built a highly experienced, multidisciplinary team with exceptional staff retention, we ensure that every child benefits from consistent, compassionate, and focused support.

Therapeutic support is available on request through a wide range of creative approaches – including arts, drama, dance, and music – offered in group settings or on a one-to-one basis. A dedicated Consultant Mental Health Nurse also provides specialist mental health assessments to ensure every young person’s needs are fully understood and supported. This is strengthened further by the involvement of a Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, who provides clinical oversight and regular supervision for staff teams.

Arc is registered and regularly inspected by Ofsted, the regulator for children’s services.
