A month of awards success for our charity

Community Integrated Care has been proud to mark an award-winning month, celebrating an incredible nine award winners from across our charity, throughout November.

From Glasgow to London, we’ve seen our teams, people and projects celebrated for outstanding practices across the social care sector and beyond in the Great British Care Awards, National Care Awards, Scottish Social Services Awards and Sports Business Awards.

Our winners include:

• Excellence in Disabilities Award at the Scottish Social Services Awards for joint winning teams – Chestnut Lane, based in Alloa, and Old Edinburgh Road, based in Inverness.
• Support Worker Award at the Great North West Care Awards for Phillip Gahan, Support Worker at our Holmdale service in Runcorn.
• Frontline Leader Award at the Great North East Care Awards for Service Leader, Chris Christie.
• Housing with Care Award at the Great North East Care Awards for Wordsworth View in Sheffield.
• Putting People First Award at the Great Scotland Care Awards for Mallard Drive in Aberdeenshire.
• Care Team Award at the Great East Midlands Care Awards for Gilmorton in Leicester.
• Best Sports Community Scheme at the Sports Business Awards 2023 for our Inclusive Volunteering® Programme.
• Best Business Initiative Award at the National Care Awards for our partnership with technology experts, Okta.
