Stirling Accreditation for Thorneycroft

Staff at CIC Senior Care home, Thorneycroft, Stranraer, have been awarded certificates for completing ‘Best Practice In Dementia Care’ training. The course is accredited by Stirling University and has helped staff improve their understanding of caring for people with dementia.

Louise Gibson, Manager of Thorneycroft, says, “I am happy to see so many of our staff complete the course and we are looking forward to establishing Thorneycroft as a centre of excellence in dementia care”.
