Community Integrated Care’s Chief People Officer, Teresa Exelby, will be presenting at The Care Show this Thursday 14th October.

The Care Show is the UK’s largest completely care focused event, attended by professionals from across the sector. The exhibition also brings together thought leaders to discuss and consider key topics and explore new innovative solutions to current challenges in the sector.

Teresa will be presenting the findings of our ‘Unfair To Care’ report – the first ever independent analysis of the frontline Support Worker role – and continuing our charity’s campaign for an urgently needed reform of the social care sector.

Teresa Exelby, Chief People Officer at Community Integrated Care, said:

“I am delighted to be presenting at the UK’s largest care sector conference this Thursday. It is a fantastic opportunity to meet like-minded professionals from the sector and to continue our charity’s campaign for improved conditions for our workforce.

I will be sharing the ground-breaking findings of our Unfair To Care report to highlight the reality of low pay in the care sector, the challenges our support worker colleagues face, and the pressing need for change.”

This year’s show is being hosted at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham on Wednesday 13th and Thursday 14th October. Teresa’s presentation will be taking place on Thursday 14th October from 3.20pm – 3.50pm in the Business Compliance Regulation Theatre.
