Olivea said, “It was fantastic to take part in the panel discussion and share ideas with colleagues from across the sector. We explored many of the issues I’m most passionate about, including recruiting people who reflect the communities we support, helping new colleagues thrive in their first few months, and recognising the incredible dedication of our workforce.

“I was particularly pleased to highlight how our Unfair To Care campaign demonstrates our commitment to valuing social care professionals and advocating for better pay and conditions. Every day, our colleagues make an extraordinary difference to people’s lives, and it’s vital that we continue to champion their contribution while working together to build a stronger future for the sector.”
