Join our new weekly beginner’s Yoga class!
This Monday 15th November will mark the first of our charity’s new weekly beginner’s Yoga Classes, hosted by Yoga Instructor Alishia from the Leeds Rhinos Foundation on our online activity hub, What To Do!
This weekly class will take place online every Monday at 5:30pm till 6:30pm via our charity’s inclusive and accessible activity website – www.What-To-Do.co.uk – and will be free for all to join.
Alishia will deliver an easy and accessible introduction to Yoga that is perfect for people we support and colleagues. The session will be ideal for anyone looking to practice mindfulness and relaxation, whilst also exercising.
The session has been specially adapted for people who access care and support, and is easy to join via the Zoom link at www.What-To-Do.co.uk
Launched in September, ‘What To Do’ is our charity’s unique online hub, offering free live accessible activities every day, in partnership with leading sports, cultural and community groups.
The website has generously been supported by funding from the NHS. Community Integrated Care is also grateful for the support of Sport England, who has supported the development of the charity’s team that manages programmes of this nature.
Don’t miss out on this brilliant experience! Visit www.What-To-Do.co.uk to find the activity and click to join in via Zoom!
