Jim Kane Announced as Chief Executive Officer
Community Integrated Care is delighted to announce the appointment of Jim Kane as our new Chief Executive Officer.
Since late 2019, Jim has served as our charity’s Chief Financial Officer, and will succeed Mark Adams, who stepped down from his role in September 2022, as CEO.
Jim brings a wealth of leadership experience from the health and social care sector, having held director-level roles at Interserve Healthcare and Virgin Care prior to joining our charity.
In his three years as Chief Finance Officer, he has navigated Community Integrated Care through some of our most challenging periods, including Covid-19 and the current cost-of-living crisis. He has also played a key role in the development of Best Lives Possible, our charity’s vision and strategic plan for the next five years.
