Good CQC Rating for Yorkshire Services!

Community Integrated Care is proud to announce that two of its Yorkshire-based services have been praised by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) following their recent inspections.

Assistant Service Managers at Clarence Gardens and Cypress RoadIn their latest report, regulators CQC rated Clarence Gardens in Wakefield and Cypress Road in Normanton, which are short breaks services for adults with learning disabilities, as ‘Good’ in all areas, praising the knowledge and expertise of staff and management and the caring, person-centred approaches demonstrated in both services.

Michelle Goodall, Registered Manager for Clarence Gardens and Cypress Road, says: “We are absolutely thrilled with the outcome of our latest CQC inspection – I’m so proud of everyone involved in this fantastic result. We became part of the Community Integrated Care family in January 2016 and it has been a year of hard work to get up to the standard we’ve achieved.”

“Everyone goes the extra mile to get the very best outcomes for the people we support, and these inspection reports prove that I’m a very lucky manager to have such committed teams who strive for excellence and perfection.”
