Featured on Level Playing Field podcast!

We are excited to join sports disability access charity, Level Playing Field, on the latest episode of their podcast, ‘A Podcast for All’.

‘A Podcast For All’ is a monthly podcast that invites speakers from across the sporting community to join in with important discussions on disability in sport across England and Wales.

Level Playing Field set up the podcast back in November 2020 as part of their amazing work to provide a voice for sports supporters who have disabilities, and to address the challenges that they face.

The charity is the leading voice for championing and supporting disability access and engagement at live sporting events. Community Integrated Care has been proud to support their work, including collaborating on their previous Weeks of Action that share inspiration of good access and inclusion at sports venues.

Our Director of Partnerships and Communities, John Hughes, guest-stars in their latest episode to discuss our ground-breaking sports partnerships with the Rugby League World Cup 2021 and the innovative Community Integrated Care Learning Disability Super League. You can listen to the episode now here.

John Hughes, Director of Partnerships and Communities at Community Integrated Care said:

“We’re delighted to join this episode of ‘A Podcast For All’ and share some of the innovative work we are doing in partnership with the Rugby League World Cup, and the return of the Community Integrated Care Learning Disability Super League.

The podcast is a brilliant platform to open up key discussions around making sports more inclusive and accessible for all – something we are extremely passionate about championing, here at Community Integrated care. We value the work of Level Playing Field and are looking forward to further collaborations in the future.”
