Shortlisted at Glasgow Business Awards

Our charity attended the Glasgow Business Awards earlier this month after being shortlisted in two incredible categories.

The event, which took place at the Double Tree by Hilton in Glasgow, saw the charity shortlisted for ‘Best Performing Large Business’, sponsored by Dell Technologies Scotland and the ‘Fair Work Award’, sponsored by Glasgow City Council.

The annual event is backed by the Royal Bank of Scotland and organised by the Glasgow Chamber of Commerce. The ceremony celebrates the best of Glasgow’s businesses, marking their innovation, success and spirit throughout the past year.

The evening saw Community Integrated Care compete with five other organisations for the ‘Best Performing Large Business’ crown, including household names such as Glasgow Airport and First Glasgow.

Community Integrated Care was also nominated for the ‘Fair Work Award’ at the ceremony, an accolade which celebrates and rewards businesses who have committed to putting in place policies and practices to improve the lives of their employees.

Mark Adams, CEO of Community Integrated Care said, “The Glasgow Business Awards champion the major successes of organisations in the city, making this event an incredible way to showcase the accomplishments of our Scottish teams. It’s brilliant to see our employee initiatives, introduced to make our organisation a great place to work recognised by being shortlisted for the Fair Work award.”
