Community Integrated Care Appoints Company Secretary

Community Integrated Care is delighted to welcome David Hedley to our Executive Team as Company Secretary and Legal Counsel.

David Hedley David, who joined Community Integrated Care on 3rd July 2017, will be responsible for the governance and administration of our charity, ensuring all corporate, statutory and regulatory compliance requirements are met. David will also oversee the implementation of our Executive and Trustee decisions and lead our charity’s Legal function.  

David joins us from digital communications group, Join the Dots (Research) Limited, where he was Group Legal Counsel and Company Secretary. In this role he developed the group’s risk and compliance strategies and successfully led the international expansion of the business.

David has enjoyed working in a legal and company secretariat capacity for a variety of organisations including Pochin’s PLC and The Emerson Group. David is also a valued member of The Law Society.
