We Welcome New Commercial Director

Community Integrated Care is delighted to welcome Lynsey Robertson, who has today joined our charity as our new Commercial Director.

Joining us from West and North London ICB, where she held the role of Deputy Director of Complex Care, Strategic Commissioning, Lynsey has over 25 years’ experience in health and social care, largely supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism across the third sector and commissioning environments.  

Lynsey started her career as a Support Worker, giving her a deep understanding and commitment to ensuring the people we support remain at the heart of every decision. As a strong advocate for social care, Lynsey is passionate about championing the sector as a place where people can build meaningful and rewarding careers.

In her role, Lynsey will lead our Business Development function and the delivery of our charity’s growth ambitions – a key part of our Best Lives, Bolder strategy.

Lynsey said, “I’m really excited to be joining Community Integrated Care. Over the years I’ve worked across both provider and commissioning organisations, and Community Integrated Care has always stood out as a charity with a strong reputation, a clear sense of purpose and a genuine commitment to the people it supports. The role felt like a great fit with my values and an opportunity to be part of something ambitious. 

“What really attracted me was the chance to support the charity’s growth agenda while staying focused on what matters most – delivering great outcomes for the people we support. Having started my career as a Support Worker, I’ve always believed that people should be at the heart of every decision we make. I’m looking forward to getting to know the organisation, spending time with colleagues and services, and helping build on the fantastic work that’s already happening across the charity.”
