Brickfields shortlisted ‘Team of the Year’

Community Integrated Care is proud to celebrate the team from our charity’s Brickfields supported living service in Worcester being shortlisted for a prestigious national award at this year’s Housing with Care Awards.

The team is a finalist in the ‘Team of the Year’ category, with the awards taking place this Friday 6th June, in London.

At Brickfields, the team supports six people with a range of complex care needs, empowering them to live fulfilling lives in their own homes and be active members of their communities.

This latest recognition builds on an incredible year for the team, who previously won the ‘Housing with Care’ award at the Great British Care Awards West Midlands in November 2025. Judges praised their person-centred approach and their commitment to helping people grow in confidence, develop independence, and build meaningful friendships and interests.

Over the past year, the team has supported people to make life-changing transitions from institutional settings into their own homes, while also helping them discover new hobbies, build relationships and achieve personal goals.
