Teresa Nominated for HR Director of the Year

We’re proud to share that our HR Director, Teresa Exelby has been shortlisted for HR Director of the Year at the HR Excellence Awards 2025, one of the UK’s most prestigious celebrations of achievement in people management.

The HR Excellence Awards recognise outstanding individuals and organisations that are leading the way in creating positive, innovative, and inclusive workplace cultures.

Teresa’s nomination highlights her exceptional leadership in developing our people strategy, fostering a culture of belonging, and supporting our colleagues to thrive and deliver the very best outcomes for the people we support.

Teresa said: “I’m truly honoured to be shortlisted for this award, but it’s a recognition I share with my incredible team and everyone I work alongside at Community Integrated Care. Everything we achieve is down to the passion, care, and dedication of our colleagues across the organisation, who make this such a special place to work.”

The winners will be announced on Wednesday 3 December 2025 at The Brewery in London, where the country’s leading HR professionals will come together to celebrate excellence across the sector.
