Double Win At GB Care Awards Scotland

Community Integrated Care were delighted to celebrate a double win at the Great British Care Awards Scotland in Glasgow on Monday 10th November.

Three colleagues from the Inspire By team stand on stage collecting their trophy from the Great British Care Awards Scotland presenter.In our first win of the evening, we were proud to see our Inspire By…Community Integrated Care services from across Aberdeenshire named Care innovators of the Year, celebrating the team’s innovative approach to supporting and empowering people with a range of support needs.

Judges said, “The team has transformed traditional day services into dynamic, real-world learning experiences. Supporting over 60 people, they embed skills development, community participation, and social inclusion, empowering people to gain confidence, independence, and practical life skills, setting a new benchmark in innovative care.”

Four colleagues from the Brook Street team stand on stage collecting their trophy from the Great British Care Awards Scotland presenter.Our team from Brook Street in Clackmannanshire were then awarded the Putting People First accolade, celebrating their continuous commitment to person-centred support that empowers choice and independence.

Judges said, “As a team, they work seamlessly to ensure service users are always prioritised. Through clear communication with other professionals, they guarantee that care aligns with each individual’s wishes and preferences, consistently delivering the highest standards of person-centred support.”

Sara Murphy, Managing Director at Community Integrated Care, said, “We’re so proud of both Brook Street and our Inspire By Community Integrated Care teams for taking home the gold at the Great British Care Awards Scotland. The accolades they have each been awarded really reflect how our teams are at the forefront of innovation, delivering high-quality person-centred support and weaving creativity and compassion into their everyday practice.”
