Judith meets her favourite TV star

Dreams came true for Judith, who is supported by Community Integrated Care in Durham, when she enjoyed an unforgettable VIP Meet and Greet experience with broadcasting legends Ben Shephard and Chris “Kammy” Kamara.

Judith, a long-time fan of Ben Shephard, was thrilled to meet her hero at, Ben and Kammy’s Unbelievable Show earlier this year at Middlesbrough Town Hall. As part of the VIP experience, she met and chatted with both stars before the show and was overjoyed to receive a personally signed copy of Ben Shephard’s book, Humble Heroes.

Speaking about the experience, Judith said, “It was my biggest dream to meet Ben in person as I love his TV shows, it was a fantastic surprise seeing him live. Ben was very nice and amazing to chat with.”

Judith’s support team were instrumental in helping make her dream a reality – from learning about Judith’s passions and interests, organising the experience (which was all a big surprise for Judith), to supporting her to attend on the day.
