Inspire…By is an award‑winning model of support from Community Integrated Care, empowering people in North East Scotland to develop skills, build confidence, and strengthen community connections.
Through our charity shops and community projects, people take part in meaningful, hands‑on experiences that showcase their abilities and open new opportunities, developing confidence in:
- Customer service
- Teamwork and communication
- Problem-solving
These experiences enable people to nurture their talents, and move towards volunteering, employment, and independent living.
