Developed with the support of Sport England, it has been delivered at landmark tournaments including the Rugby League World Cup, UEFA Women’s EURO, and the World Gymnastics Championships –transforming lives and tackling deep-rooted inequalities.
This model empowers people who face complex barriers—such as learning disabilities, autism, mental health challenges, brain injuries, and dementia—to gain confidence, skills, and purpose through tailored personal development volunteering experiences. In parallel, it builds for our event partners an array of social impact programmes and assets that transform athlete experience- creating strong lives, tournaments and communities.

- Embed long-term outcomes: Having nurtured skills, confidence and relationships, we offer our participants specialist mentoring and support – enabling them to take bold steps in their life. Delivering a long-term approach to tackling exclusion and inequalities, this is real impact.
