Peer Reviewer Chairs Voice Group
Community Integrated Care’s Peer Reviewers are taking the lead in more ways than one, with Anne Marie Armstrong co-chairing the latest meeting of The Voice Project – a group of people supported and staff from Community Integrated Care, who come together to ensure that the views and insights of the people we support across all of our services and regions are heard, not only on a local, day-to-day level but in order to participate in more strategic level decision-making.
As a Peer Reviewer, who’s job it is to critically evaluate the quality of our services, Anne Marie knows how important it is as a person supported to have a real say in the support you receive, but how does she feel about leading an organisation-wide group to make sure this is the case nationally? Find out in our five-minute interview…
