Join our virtual Caribbean Dance Experience!

This Thursday evening, Community Integrated Care will be welcoming an expert dancer to host an exciting Caribbean Dance experience via our charity’s inclusive online activity platform – ‘What To Do’.

Black History Month Caribbean Dance Experience

Dance tutor, Pareesha of ‘The Dance Studio Leeds’ will be hosting the session from 6.30pm- 7.20pm, delivering a beginner’s accessible introduction to Dancehall and Afrofusion. The session is also an continuation of our charity’s celebrations of black music and culture as part of Black History Month, which took place in October.

Dancehall is a Caribbean dance style that originated from the streets of Jamaica – it’s a very groovy dance that’s all about having fun, feeling free, and having a great time.

This online, live dance class has been specially adapted for people who access care and support, and is open to anyone to join via the Zoom link at www.What-To-Do.co.uk

Launched in September, ‘What To Do’ is our charity’s unique online hub, offering free live accessible activities every day, in partnership with leading sports, cultural and community groups.

The website has generously been supported by funding from the NHS. Community Integrated Care is also grateful for the support of Sport England, who has supported the development of the charity’s team that manages programmes of this nature.

Don’t miss out on this brilliant experience! Visit www.What-To-Do.co.uk to find the activity and click to join in via Zoom!
